“In-N-Out” Style Sauce

If you aren’t a West Coast person or haven’t visited one of the states that have one, maybe you haven’t had a burger from In-N-Out……but you won’t be missing ANYTHING once you make this sauce! I highly recommend making the sauce with my homemade mayo and ketchup recipes (linked directly below) and then there are only a few additional ingredients to add and you will be good to go! Spread on burgers or used as a dipping sauce for your fries, it’s incredibly delicious………when Paul was just home he had In-N-Out to compare and I am personally VERY happy to report: he actually said our “at home version” tastes WAAAAAY better, and I am taking that as a HUGE win!

“In-N-Out” Style Sauce Recipe:

  • 2/3 cup mayo

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped/diced dill pickles

  • ~ 2 teaspoons honey (your personal preference may be less)

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  1. Finely chop/dice dill pickles

  2. Add all ingredients to a small bowl, use a spoon to mix until combined

  3. Refrigerate sauce for at least an hour to let flavors come together

  4. Use on hamburgers or as dipping sauce for fries
