  • 1/4-1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon each freshly ground salt and pepper

  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley (fresh or dried is fine)

  • 2 teaspoons chopped basil (fresh or dried is fine)

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 5 cloves)

  • 1 teaspoon horseradish

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1-1.5 pounds each; 2.5-3 pounds meat total)

  1. Combine olive oil and all seasonings, coat meat and let marinate at least 1 hour, or place in an airtight container/bag in the refrigerator overnight

  3. Place pork tenderloins directly on rack/grate in Traeger and cook for approximately 15 minutes, flip, and cook about 15 minutes more or until an internal temperature of AT LEAST 145* (or your preferred final temperature for pork) is reached.

  4. Remove from grill and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

** YES, you can also bake the pork tenderloins in the oven at 375* for approximately the same amount of cooking time OR cook on a gas/charcoal BBQ!
